At Sri Manisha Sarees, we are direct manufacturers supplying straight to our customers. By removing the middlemen, we are able to offer authentic, hand-finished sarees at honest prices.
Because every piece ships directly from our own production, the following policy applies to all orders without exception.
Dispatch & Delivery
- Packaging: Your order is carefully packed within 1 working day of confirmation.
- Delivery: Orders are delivered within 3 to 4 working days after dispatch.
- Every saree is inspected and securely packed to reach you in pristine condition.
Pre-Dispatch Quality Videography
Before any product leaves our facility, we record a complete video of the saree and its packaging.
This documents the exact condition, quality, and finish of the product at the time of dispatch and serves as our verified record for every order.
Returns & Exchanges
As a direct-supply manufacturer, we do not accept returns under any condition — except where the product is found to be defective from our end.
Such cases are reviewed strictly on a case-to-case basis and are not guaranteed.
- Returns are not accepted for reasons of personal preference, colour perception on screen, size expectation, or change of mind.
- A claim is considered only for a genuine manufacturing defect.
- Each claim is assessed individually and may be approved or rejected at the firm's discretion.
Mandatory Unboxing Video
To raise any claim, a clear, continuous unboxing video is compulsory.
It is the customer's responsibility to record this video.
- Start recording before the package is opened — the sealed parcel must be visible at the start.
- Film one uncut, continuous video of the full opening and the product being removed.
- The defect, if any, must be clearly shown in the same video.
No unboxing video, no claim. Claims raised without a valid, unedited opening video will not be entertained.
Our pre-dispatch video and your unboxing video together form the complete record used to assess any defect claim.
How to Raise a Claim
- Contact us within the timeframe communicated at the time of purchase.
- Share your order details along with the complete unboxing video.
- Our team will review the claim against our pre-dispatch record and respond with a decision.
Return Claim
- Any return claim shall be made within 48 hours (2 days) of receiving the product.
- A return fee of ₹1000 is applicable.
- If any returns are accepted, a processing fee of ₹500 INR shall be deducted from the bill.
We strongly encourage customers to review product images, videos, and descriptions carefully before placing an order, as we do not accept returns for personal preference.
Final Terms
All terms of this policy are set and served by the firm.
Every return or exchange request is video-assisted and decided strictly on a case-to-case basis.
The firm's decision on any claim is final and binding.
