A grey and teal Pochampally handloom cotton ikat saree, scattered with pink floral motifs and handwoven by the master weavers of Telangana.
Grey is an unusual base for an ikat cotton, and it is what makes this one easy to wear on an ordinary Tuesday. The teal border and pink florals do the work of colour; the grey body keeps the whole thing office-appropriate. Cotton ikat also softens with every wash rather than wearing out, so this is a saree that gets better after the first year.

Washing
Dry clean the first time. After that, hand wash gently in cold water on its own — grey and teal will bleed onto lighter cloth in a shared wash — and dry it in shade so the dyes hold. No wringing; press the water out in a towel instead.
A note on handloom: small irregularities in the weave and the print are how you tell a hand-made saree from a machine-made one. Each piece differs slightly from the photograph.
