Lavender is the easiest of the pastels to wear and the hardest to print. Get the dye slightly wrong and it turns grey in daylight or pink under tube light. This one holds its tone in both, which is the difference a proper mill makes.
Because it comes without a blouse piece, treat this as a saree to pair rather than a set. It takes a white or off-white blouse for a soft look, a deep purple for contrast, or a grey if you want it to read as workwear.
